I love it so much already. I’ve struggled with health anxiety recently and I feel like it’s already helping to make a difference. I’m useless at keeping a journal, so this really helps with all the prompts.The note it comes with it brought a smile to my face, it makes it more special and personal!

    It is beautiful I love the packaging it comes in and the written note is really lovely. This journal is so different from previous ones I've bought with the colouring and cbt parts, it's not dated which is perfect
