So impressed with how well packaged this planner was. Struggling with generalised anxiety disorder and struggling to come to terms with CBT; the fact this journal has both means the world to me. I love being organised but also love how you can reflect on your month or week and notice triggers ASAP

A lovely accompaniment to the main journal. Both books arrived wrapped beautifully with a hand written card, it took me a day or two to even open as so much love had gone into making this package and the products themselves personal to everyone who orders. Quite an extraordinary small company! 🙏🩷
